Specialist, Partnerships

• Create & identify partnership opportunities based on multi-department objectives.
• Plan, implement, and manage partnership campaigns which require cross-functional collaboration (such as marketing, commercial, legal and finance).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to allow smooth negotiation of partnership resources.
• Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies in collaboration with the Leads.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance overall team performance and productivity.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in campaign management, marketing,
• advertising, communications or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing campaigns.

Skills:

• Highly organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Skilled in MS Office and Google Tools (Powerpoint and Sheets)
• Innovative problem-solving skills (identify problems and causes, develop and implement solutions, measure results)
• Effective communication skills - can manage internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
