• HR Process Management: Streamline HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations and maximizing efficiency. This includes employee offboarding, transfers, and employee records management.
• HRIS: Implement and manage HR systems and technology platforms to automate processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance HR service delivery overall. This includes supervising the implementation, upkeep, and upgrades of HRIS (Workday).
• Employee Filing and Records Archiving 
• Accumulate all the documents of new joiners and store in Employee Database in soft copies.
• Prepare individual employee files in hard copies and store in HR archive.
• Employee Lifecycle management: Provide employees with comprehensive support throughout their tenure with the organization. This includes responding to employee inquiries, assisting with the administration of employee benefits, managing employee data and records, and ensuring the seamless transition of various HR processes.
• HR Service Delivery: Uphold HR service standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure the timely and accurate deliverance of HR services, as well as the effective resolution of HR related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide outstanding HR services.
• HR Compliance: Working on audits and assessments across department collateral functions to ensure data integrity, compliance, and process efficiency. Ensuring compliance with DIFE (Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments) standards and regulations within foodpanda Bangladesh, specifically focusing on HR related requirements in contrast to Bangladesh Labor Law.
• Leave & Attendance Monitoring: Manage end-to-end process for attendance Software and for employee leaves in Workday.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support data-driven decision making and provide insights.
• Company Organogram: Maintain and update the Organization Structure

• Minimum Graduation from a reputed university 
• 3-4 years of experience in HR Operations/People Operations/People Services
• Very good in excel and data presentation, Data analytical ability.
• Experience of maintaining HRIS
• Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law 201
