Lead payroll operations and statutory compliance processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Administer C&B programs including employee insurance, allowances & ad-hoc payouts
Execute core HR operational processes such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers
Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and maintain integrity in all trackers and records
Respond promptly and professionally to employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support audits, policy updates, and process reviews
Prepare timely and accurate HR reports for management, including headcount, budget, and variance analysis
Drive process improvements by identifying automation or efficiency opportunities in HR operations
Facilitate internal communications and ensure alignment on HR-related matters with relevant teams
What do you bring to the table?
Experience in HR operations, payroll, or C&B is an advantage
Good understanding of HR processes and local labor regulations
Strong working knowledge of HR systems (Workday & Google tools experience is a plus)
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ensuring on-time and accurate payroll processing across monthly cycles
Supporting statutory compliance by coordinating timely filings with Finance and government bodies
Maintaining high accuracy in compensation and benefits data across systems
