About the opportunity
- Handle all issues & queries from sales reps & related departments;
- Managing a support team to ensure all issues are properly solved;
- Responsible for creating Account Hierarchy
- Resolve any technical issues related to sales operations
- Responsible for setting up Newbies/deal project including but not limited to Salesforce system, tracking performance, organizing data, and generating data
- To support the lead generation with lead enrichment and lead qualification, the role will focus on improving the quality of incoming leads by enhancing data accuracy, validating prospects, and refining targeting criteria.
- Act as local Salesforce champion with a close working relationship with the regional team regarding any SF updates, issues, and improvement;
- Other tasks assigned by management.
What you need to be successful
- Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor
- Fluent in English
- Highly proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
- Possess good understanding and familiarity with Salesforce
- Demonstrate problem-solving ability with experience in providing practical business insights from large and complex data sets
- Analytical, number-oriented, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to make quick, assertive decisions
- Independent and highly motivated fast learner
- Positive attitude with good communication skills
