Specialist, Strategic Account Management

• Vendor management Function
  • Manage key vendors for foodpanda, including conducting store visits, troubleshooting problems, fostering loyalty, and acting as the main contact
  • Assist in strategic planning to improve shop performance
  • Monitor and analyse account performance, proactively addressing issues, and coordinating with marketing for effective campaign execution
  • Negotiate with vendors on commissions and exclusivity to support revenue, coordinate for deals and campaigns, and manage high item not delivered rate shops

• Project Management Function
  • Acting as the person in charge for special projects that run across market or align with HoD (Head of Department)
  • Planning and executing projects from initiation to completion
  • Setting project goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and team members
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing risks
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation
  • Conducting regular project status meetings
  • Managing scope and change requests

• Support Function
  • Assist in ad-hoc project rollouts
  • Participate in regional monthly meetings
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance vendor performance and address issues
  • Support other teams such as QA and Sales by collecting pertinent data
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the line manager
