About the opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Specialist, Vendor Operations to join our dynamic team in Thailand.  In this role, you will lead and optimize the operations of our Marketplace Experience team, ensuring streamlined processes, data-driven decision-making, and the achievement of sales targets. You will be instrumental in refining sales workflows and driving operational excellence to support revenue growth and enhance the overall performance of the Service Ops organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of overall vendor performance, focusing on vendor failed order percentage and offline percentage metrics.

  • Proactively initiate actions to prevent spikes in vendor fail percentage and offline percentage.

  • Proactively manage multiple projects; takes accountability for project outcomes, ensures team delivers on project KPIs, & keep others informed of progress

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and collaborate with various departments to reduce vendor fail and offline percentages.

  • Leverage strong analytical skills to deep-dive into root causes of performance issues and resolve problems using data-driven solutions.

  • Monitor order metrics and address any issues.

  • Write and optimize complex queries; create reports and dashboards to monitor and improve platform performance.

  • Communicate to senior leaders on projects/priorities, collect and provides actionable feedback & communicate priorities and goals effectively

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field

  • At least 3 years of work experience in high growth start ups or tech companies

  • Proven experience in performance monitoring and analytics, with expertise in query writing and data visualization.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships with other teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate resilience in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

  • Bilingual fluency in Thai and English is required.

  • Strong data management skills, hands on and ready to take action
