Supports the Workspace Manager in maintaining the overall appearance of the foodpanda office.
Will serve as the company's Safety Officer, responsible for ensuring adherence to safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Coordinates with the third party service providers for housekeeping, security, and building administration.
Coordinates with the building administration for building permits (elevator, gate pass, visitors, working permits).
Handles the office and pantry supplies inventory and coordinates with the Procurement team.
Handles the creation of company ID, access badge and parking access for new hires, agency hires, and selected provincial employees.
Supports budget monitoring and tracking expenses for the facilities team
Assists onsite meetings (meals, logistics, etc)
Handles the Corporate Fleet (car scheduling)
What you need to be successful
2–3 years of experience in HR or office & administration management
Knowledge of safety compliance and willingness to serve as the company’s Safety Officer
Available to work onsite three times per week
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about building a positive office culture and experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse personalities and organizational levels
