- Maintains overall receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures.
- Strict implementation of Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures in terms of safety, government compliance, utilities, administration, documentation, and personnel management.
- Maintains optimal physical condition of warehouse, inspecting equipment, requesting repair and requisitions as needed.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts reconciling with inventory management systems and ensures inventory accuracy during receiving, storage, outbound and quality control.
- Complies on the set store key performance indicators (KPIs) by the management i.e., Cycle
- Count Compliance, Cycle Count Defect Rate, Partial Fulfillment, Vendor Fail Rate, Incident Rate, and KNOW App Compliance.
- Achieves operational and financial objectives by maintaining optimal and efficient operations
(e.g. warehouse overhead, utilities, manpower, etc.). - Adherence to the timely uploading of Sales Invoice of the direct delivery of suppliers for the timely processing of payment Finance to avoid non-delivery.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and/or implementing security procedures and protocols.
- Produce reports and analysis regularly (e.g. IN/OUT status report, inventory report, etc.)
- Close cooperation with other cross-functional units to manage all warehouse relevant matters
- 3-5 years cumulative work experience - preferably within logistics / e-commerce / retail /warehousing sector
- Willing to work in Alabang / Las Piñas area
With strong understanding in order fulfillment, inbounding and dispatching. - Knowledgeable in excel formula, and warehouse management system.
- Able to analyze complicated circumstances and able to manage warehouse staff.
- Working knowledge of performance and operational metrics.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems.
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication and people skills to handle various demographics.
