About the opportunity

  • To manage day to day operation of the commercial team
  • To initiate and manage weekly 1:1, team huddle and team meetings effectively
  • To manage resources, planning and implementing sales strategies effectively
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments/stakeholder for seamless project execution and marketing campaign alignment.
  • Ability to motivate and coach agents to enhance their sales and performance improvement
  • Problem solving skills in handling ad hoc issues
  • Ability to populate finding with data and connect with performance and reports
  • Approachable personality with people handling skills
     

What you need to be successful

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in Telesales
  • Bachelor's Degree in either Business Management and Administration, Economics, Mathematics, and Management or equivalent.
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Tagalog in both oral and written
  • Experience in reporting using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet with formula skill is an added advantage
  • Willing to take on additional task assign
  • Great adaptability towards fast pacing environment
  • Ability to work and navigate Salesforce and any other CRM tools
