- Support restaurants in smooth daily operations by resolving operational issues.
- Assist restaurants in improving performance and growing on the platform.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and act as a key point of contact.
- Proactively engage vendors to stay online and onboard into relevant packages.
- Handle urgent requests efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
- Prepare and share daily activity and performance reports with management.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of vendors.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
