Vendor Operations Associate (Project-Based)

Responsibilities

• You will be working with the vendor performance team to monitor the performance of key operations metrics and making necessary interventions with our partner vendors

• You will be contacting and liaising with vendors to identify, document, and address operations issues

• You will be driving our vendor operations projects aimed at improving vendor performance and operations in coordination with our partner vendors

Requirements

• Graduate of any marketing or business related course

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must be able to communicate issues and ideas clearly with partner stakeholders

• Has a customer oriented mindset

• Must be able to work within a timeline and ensure assigned projects are on-time and productive

• Knowledge in Excel tools is a plus
