Supervise incoming fresh fruits and vegetables at receiving points and ensure compliance with defined quality specifications.
Maintain accurate records of quality checks, rejections, and supplier performance.
Oversee repacking and trimming operations ensuring hygiene, correct labelling, and minimal wastage.
Monitor packaging material quality, weight accuracy, and traceability during DC operations.
Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) practices are strictly followed.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards (BSTI, BFSA, and internal QA protocols).
Monitor temperature and humidity controls in storage and transit areas
Support internal and external audits and maintain documentation.
Train team members on produce handling, quality parameters, and hygiene practices.
Maintain daily quality reports, rejection summaries, and shelf-life records.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or extended hours when required.
