About the opportunity
Supports the Workspace Manager in maintaining the overall appearance of the foodpanda office.
Will serve as the company's Safety Officer, responsible for ensuring adherence to safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Coordinates with the third party service providers for housekeeping, security, and building administration.
Coordinates with the building administration for building permits (elevator, gate pass, visitors, working permits).
Handles the office and pantry supplies inventory and coordinates with the Procurement team.
Handles the creation of company ID, access badge and parking access for new hires, agency hires, and selected provincial employees.
Supports budget monitoring and tracking expenses for the facilities team
Assists onsite meetings (meals, logistics, etc)
Handles the Corporate Fleet (car scheduling)
What you need to be successful
1-2 years experience in HR or office & admin management
Experience in safety compliance is an advantage
Willing to be the company’s Safety Officer
Willing to work onsite 3x a week
Ability to pivot in fast-paced environment
A passion for building and creating a great office experience and culture
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with a variety of personalities and levels
