Central Operations

Central Operations started in 2017 as a Shared Service Centre with 4 Departments and 1 Support function and managing the operations of 6 different countries. Today, DH SSC Malaysia is foodpanda's Central Operations office with 9 departments and 3 support functions providing support to 11 countries in 10 different languages. Central Operations office is the back-bone of foodpanda. We have more than 1,500 employees internally and more than 4,000 outsourced employees across 11 different countries and sites.
