About the opportunity
Represent foodpanda as an ambassador, develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing key retail brands, act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partner vendors
Activate set of services (compliance performance, promotional deals, online marketing packages etc.) to facilitate portfolio & revenue growth; meet or exceed goals for account retention, development and maintenance.
Work with our strategic accounts to develop their online strategy and operations to maximize their earnings from foodpanda shops
Understand the issues and pain points facing our strategic accounts and research and execute scalable solutions
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner vendors’ needs and objectives
Work closely across Content, Operations, Growth and Marketing teams for front-end enhancements, campaign participation and demand generation
