Job description
- Responsible for communications between foodpanda and vendors via all available channels including facebook, email, instant message platforms, SMS;
- Responsible for managing restaurant portal including university content, including local language review/translation & video voice recording;
- Manage partner service, partner care, help juice and communications contents in terms of contents/local language review;
- Drive Vendor NPS responses and scores;
- Work toward vendor experience KPIs against daily, weekly and monthly targets (Communication/Vendor Engagement, VNPS);
- Design and create relevant content to be used for vender communication - all vertical;
- Work across teams to regularly eliminate unnecessary processes and continually implement new ways to enhance Vendor Experience;
- Support the manager to identify challenges and opportunities to develop and improve solutions and strengthen the overall Vendor experience and bring changes where necessary;
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing / management or equivalent preferred;
- Ideally 2 years of relevant working experience: account / partner management, sales / after sales management, customer services / relationship management or relevant;
- Demonstrated experiences or skills in communication, creativity, content creation/writing – social media/ digital is an advantage;
- Fast to react to problem and able to come up with creative solutions as necessary, by coordinating with relevant stakeholders;
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively and work collaboratively across different local and regional teams;
- Good command of Lao and English languages (spoken and written).
