Job description
- Oversee the growth of all new vendors with metrics including operations, commercial performance, and any other special projects;
- Manage and develop team members to achieve team KPI;
- Responsible for development of vendors after acquisition and maximize their potential, including but not limited to supporting of the onboarding and incubation process for the restaurants;
- Manage and resolve vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations;
- Ability to work with different teams (inter and intra-department) to ensure smooth vendor journey and high quality of vendor experience within the platform;
- Work closely with HoD and Manager and provide guidance to team members to ensure continuous increase in productivity, motivation, learning and process improvement;
- Analyze vendor performance data, understand pain points and develop strategic plans to boost team's performance;
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- 2+ years relevant work experience in Account Management / Sales preferred;
- Prior experience and the passion in building/managing teams;
- A natural flair for building relationships;
- Always ready to meet and understand their needs or support requirements for both external (vendors) and internal (regional/global/local) teams;
- Previous experience in a startup environment, specifically online marketplaces ideal;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both external (vendors) and internal (regional/global/local) teams across departments;
- Comfortable with data analysis, presentation, and report;
- Previous F&B experience is highly valued;
- Good in English & Lao; other language skills would be a plus.
