Understands the business and/or Marketing process & goals
Support line supervisor to roll- out the campaign plan for offline communications
Work with external suppliers and partners to prepare and execute the events
Work with related internal departments such as finance, procurement for the payment process with supplier/ partners
Tracking merchandise stock-in and out with up to date data
Supports and assists supervisor tasks with daily operations
Ensures the admin tasks & records are up to date
Develops & maintains positive working relationships with all key shareholders
Performs other tasks as assigned by line manager
What you need to be successful
Fresh graduate or current undergraduate student (any discipline).
Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Careful attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Able to work well with others and collaborate effectively in a team.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools to manage data.
Good organisational skills and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Able to solve problems independently and take initiative when needed.
