Intern, Workplace - Travel Management

Travel Intern will be responsible for supporting our business travel operations for all our regional colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

• Support day to day travel operational enquiries and booking matters
• Prepare and support Travel insurance & Application of SG E-Visas for employees
• Conduct month-end reconciliation of Travel Expenses
• Support Per Diem reconciliation
• Prepare presentations, such as training materials for new employees
• Assist team members to plan and implement new Travel Booking system 
• Bring your fresh perspective to help us improve in the current Travel application process
• Any other ad hoc task/project assigned

• Currently pursuing Diploma in Travel and Tourism related & above
• Proficiency in Gsuite and Microsoft Office
• Have some customer service & travel industry experience will be a plus point
• Good in Excel Pivot & Preparing Slides/Decks
• Have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa
