Manager,Account Management

• Maintain continuous connection with the client for a sustainable business relationship
• Onboard and activate vendors in timely manner to boost order
• Prepare and share performance reports on time
• Serve as the link of communication between vendors and internal teams 
• Clearly communicate the progress of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Achieve order target within a given time
• Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities.
• Be the local market expert: gather feedback and provide recommendations for improvements to management and to keep abreast of the latest developments 
• Ensure business growth as per expectation
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
• Support clients to have a great service experience
• Visit client operation area whenever required
• Identify client issues and provide feasible solutions
• Formulate retention strategies and run retention campaign as per requirement

• Bachelor degree/ master degree in related field
• Ability to work with large data sets 
• Thrives in fast-paced environment and able to make quick
• Independent and highly motivated fast learner 
• Positive attitude with good communication skills 
• Minimum 1 or 2 years experiences in project management
