Handle Strategic vendors & act as the main contact person for our top vendors
Identify and attack problem areas and build a strong loyalty between foodpanda and Resto’s owner
Strategic planning to improve on vendor’s performance
Coordinate with vendors to get monthly deals, promotions and creative campaigns with key vendors
Collaborate with different departments to improve vendor performance and solve problems
Contact vendor with high fail rates to learn the root cause and find out the reasons to see where we can assist vendors in reducing the fail rates
Build and Maintain strong relationships with vendors
Renegotiate commission/exclusivity with Vendors to support the revenue stream
Provide operational and administrative support for the business
Other tasks assigned by the line manager
At least 2-3 years of account management experiences
Ability to communicate effectively across geographical and cultural boundaries & to navigate in large matrix organizations
Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic planning skills
Ability to manage internal & external stakeholders efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and competent presentation skills
Willingness and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and high-growth environment
Strong negotiation skills
