Key Responsibilities:
- Operating as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to vendors.
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationship with vendors.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by vendors and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Expand the relationships with existing vendors by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Analyze data and provide business solutions to vendors. Prepare reports on account status
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or any other relevant discipline
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales/ Relationship Management/ Key Account Management/Sales/ Sales & Marketing
- Independent and confident self starter.
- Proven track record of adaptive personality combined with proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent English and Bengali communication skills with time management ability and structured approach to work.
- You are entrepreneurial, curious, flexible, and highly motivated.
- Knowledge of the foodpanda business model and interest in startups and food industry!
