Strategic Account Manager (Shared Kitchen & Concepts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to vendors.
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationship with vendors.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by vendors and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Expand the relationships with existing vendors by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Analyze data and provide business solutions to vendors. Prepare reports on account status

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or any other relevant discipline
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales/ Relationship Management/ Key Account Management/Sales/ Sales & Marketing
• Independent and confident self starter.
• Proven track record of adaptive personality combined with proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent English and Bengali communication skills with time management ability and structured approach to work.
• You are entrepreneurial, curious, flexible, and highly motivated.
• Knowledge of the foodpanda business model and interest in startups and food industry!
