Here’s a closer look at the initiatives we’ve put in place to support our pandas:

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our EAP is a company-paid, confidential, unbiased guidance and 24/7 support tool designed to help employees navigate life changes, adverse occurrences, stress, and other issues. This service extends to your loved ones living in your household, ensuring that they too can benefit from this support. The EAP offers life coaching and clinical therapy to tackle life's challenges and achieve personal goals. The service is 100% confidential, and no one in the company will know that you have used EAP.

We’ve recently enhanced our EAP to include video consultations with qualified psychologists and counsellors, replacing our previously telephonic-only service. Additionally, our new work-life services provide research and referrals to local providers for childcare, eldercare, legal concerns, and general information services. Whether you're dealing with work-related stress, personal issues, or seeking guidance on how to thrive in your personal life, our EAP is here to support you every step of the way.

Headspace’s Meditation Guide
To help our team unwind and practice mindfulness, we've partnered with Headspace. This mobile application offers a plethora of meditation guides that employees can access at their own pace. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, Headspace provides tools to help you find peace and focus in your daily life.

Intellect, our Mental Wellness Partner
For most of our markets, we offer Intellect, a mobile application which provides personalised mental health support and resources to help employees navigate challenges and thrive in their professional and personal lives.

Mental Health Campaigns
Throughout the year, we run various mental health campaigns to raise awareness to our existing services and to provide support. For instance, for Mental Health May, we had several webinars and activities aimed at promoting mental well-being.

From expert talks to interactive sessions, these events are designed to equip our employees with the knowledge and tools to manage their mental health effectively.

The Zen Pandas ERG
Our Employee Resource Group, the Zen Pandas, is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for discussions around mental health. This group advocates for mental health awareness and provides a safe space for employees to share their experiences and support each other. It aims to help reduce burnout, stress and exhaustion.

Private Consultations for SG Employees
In Singapore, we offer additional support through private consultations with psychologists or psychiatrists, available for both employees and their dependents. Each person can access up to SGD 1,500 per year for these consultations.
